What Is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing therapy developed in the late 1800’s Japan by former Buddhist Mikao Usui after fasting for 21 days on top of a mountain. Rei meaning “universal life” and Ki meaning “energy” is the universal life force energy that surrounds all living beings.

This energy healing therapy is used to heal chronic pain, emotional trauma, and bring back balance to your body by allowing a steady flow of positive energy to circulate around your body. It also stimulates your body’s ability to heal itself and it’s well known to reduce stress.

The Session

The session will last 60 mins. The first 10 min is spent talking to our reiki healer about your issues. The treament takes place in our Reigate healing cabin.

Aftercare

Please make sure to drink water before and after the session and make sure you dont have a super busy day planned on the day or after the session.
